AAA Softball Week 5 Game Highlights


Maine - Parkway Wine and Spirits - 13     Window Broker - 7
Parkway Wine and Spirits Edges Window Brokers - Playing for the second time in a week Parkway Wine and Spirits defeated Window Broker in a game that was well played on both sides. Leading Parkway Wine and Spirits was Kailey Huff who reached base four times. Monica Ferguson, Allie Missavage, Erin Rush and Katrina Hatala all reached base four times for Window Brokers.

M & T Bank - 15     Robinson Hill Nursery & Mulch - 13
Great Game At Struble - M&T and Robinson Hill took it to the final inning with M&T squeking it out. Robinson Hill's offense was led by Kennedy Brown Smashing a triple to center and Hannah Thorner also belting a double to centerfield. Alyssa Pocukar also collected 4 hits and made some great plays in the field. M&T's offense was led by Maggie Striley who had 4 hits. Madison Burlingame, Rachel Lee, Jenna Ciganek, Cassy Banker, Mary-Kate Gell and Chloe Higgins had 3 Hits for M&T. The combination of Second Baseman Katie Malack and first base Jori Zimmerman accounted for 6 putouts, the final one to end the game. M&T's Catcher Zoe Katz had some nice efforts from behind the plate. Great Game to all the girls!!!!

Maine - Parkway Wine and Spirits - 17     M & T Bank - 9
Parkway Wine and Spirits Beats M&T - M&T got down early against a good Maine team on Wednesday night at Struble. Parkway's solid Defense held M&T to only 8 hits for the game. Jori Zmmerman led M&T going 3 for 3.

Maine - Parkway Wine and Spirits - 19     Robinson Hill Nursery & Mulch - 16
Parkway Wine & Spirits edges Robinson Hill - Parkway Wine & Spirit played another very good defensive game to edge Robinson Hill. Both teams played well on offense and defense. 3 players went 4 for 4 for Robinson Hill: Nadia Hogan, Elise Maus and Kennedy Brown. Kennedy had a long hit to left field which resulted in a triple.

Maine - Hatala Orthodontics - 10     Palmer Insurance - 9
Hatala edges out Palmer. - On a beautiful night for softball in Maine and both teams only suiting up 8 players, the girls from Hatala edged out the Palmer girls 10-9. Hatala was lead by Marissa Michitti who went 4 for 4 and Jordan McGinnis who had 8 put outs at 1st base. Palmer was lead by Kristine Hickin who had 4 hits. Michelle Savoldy, Maggie Ross and Grace Muggeo chipped in with 3 hits each.
